Description
Blue chiffon over blue taffeta dress made by donor. Fitted to waist, flared skirt, scoop rounded neckline in front, with "V" in center. Back neckline is low. 3/4 length sleeves. Squared with bow and 5 rhinestone buttons to waist, large front pleat back skirt. Diamond shaped gussets.
