Description
View of the Brockman Building, located at 700 S. Grand and the corner of 7th St. in the South Park District of Downtown. Built in 1917, it was one of the first reinforced concrete and steel buildings. This photo shows the entire building draped with a gray, sheer, cloth-like material. It is being remodeled in preparation for residential condominiums, with unit sale prices to be between $450,000. to $1,000,000. per unit. Developed by Urban Pacific Builders, LLC. Photo dated: November 1, 2005.
