Several tall rectangular buildings are visible in the background at left, while a large parking lot can be seen in the foreground at left. Automobiles are visible on the roads and in the parking lot. Several trees are visible at left.
Legible signs include, from left: "Baynes-Beebe Music co. Pianos Players", "Oak Apartments", "Automobile Clearing", "Western Costume Bldg", "Southern California Gas Company", "Western Auto Supply Co. All over the West Headquarters 1100 Grand", and "Examiner".
