Description
In a flier, dropped by airplane over populated areas of Korea, General Hodge announces, in English, Chinese and Korean, that American forces would soon accept the surrender of Japanese forces in Korea. He urged cooperation. On the reverse are various pencilled notes by Kenneth Yun, a young boy at the time.
