Description
Ralph Kiner, Pittsburgh's home run slugger, bangs out a hit his first time up as the Major All-Stars beat Hollywood, 4-2, in the annual Kiwanis game for crippled children at Gilmore Field. Catcher is Mike Sandlock, umpire is Roman Bentz. Kiner got a single and a walk. Photo dated: March 19, 1952.
