Photograph caption reads: "Dr. Ron Bloom, of Martin Luther King Medical Center, holds "Brutus", a four pound, four ounce, baby gorilla just fifteen minutes after he was delivered by Cesarean birth. Birth was at the Los Angeles Zoo at 9:30 p.m.". Photograph dated: June 17, 1978.
