Four men in work clothes and small hats use stick to assist the tractor from the right as it pulls a large frame across the dirt. Two more men in work clothes and hats watch from the left with their hands at their sides and their backs towards the foreground. An incomplete building stands at the top of a hill on the right while a metal tower and electrical lines stand in the background on the left.
