Peter F. Drucker lectures for his class, EMGT 338: Information Based Organizations. He begins by talking about the markets for foreign imports and exports, and discusses the concept of ‘total quality management.’ He explains the disadvantages of only working with computers, and why people in the 21st century rely so heavily on machines. Drucker also talks about the move towards economic chain accounting. He ends his lecture by discussing ways in which corporations can effectively communicate with other types of businesses. The video ends with the lecture in progress.
