Photograph caption dated November 23, 1959 reads, "Even with reams of paper work Boy Scouts practice 'Be Prepared' motto and pitch in to help. From left are Ken Dickey, Cub Scout of Granada Hills; John Craig, Explorer of Granada Hills, and Kenneth Laxer, Scout of Sepulveda. Scouts are one of several Red Feather youth agencies which realize 80 cents out of every dollar contributed to Chest.
