Description
United California Bank will move its south area branch office from 4401 Freeport Blvd. and open in this new building Friday Morning. The new address is 4910 Freeport in the new Freeport Plaza Shopping Center developed by George F. Lloyd. A Thrifty Drug store opened in the center several weeks ago as did a MacFarlanes confectionary shop. The bank will occupy 7,200 square feet. the entire street level of the structure, and the second story will be leased as offices by Coldwell, Banker and Company. The architect was Dean Unger and the General Contractor was Campbell Construction Company. Ceremonies will be held at 9:45 a.m.
