Photograph caption dated July 15, 1965 reads, "Richard Hauptfleisch, left, president of the Encino Chamber of Commerce, demonstrates the new two-way car radio which the chamber is giving to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico--Encino's Sister City. Seated, from left, are Mrs. Martin Ladin, student exchange chairman; Mrs. Arnold Greene, sister city co-chairman; Rafael de la Cruz, Puerto Vallarta's sister city chairman, and Dr. Arnold Greene, another Encino sister city co-chairman. On the table is a photo album, given to Encino by De la Cruz, commemorating the Encinians' visit to Puerto Vallarta this spring."
