Description
Photograph caption dated August 3, 1963 reads, "With safety pins and a large apron, Van Nuys division juvenile officers fashioned a skirt for two-year-old 'Connie.' She was found wandering at Van Nuys and Burbank boulevards, wearing only a T-shirt. She got lots of attention while waiting for her parents." "Connie" was later identified as Karae Klint.; See images #00124305 through #00124309 for all photos in this series.
