At center, a median is pictured, on which residential- and tenement-style buildings are situated, flanked on either side by utility poles. At left, a few automobiles traverse a paved, unlined street, while a group at the extreme left are parked in the shade of a tree. To the right of the median, a second, lower street is pictured. Legible sign read: "No squat. No Stoop. No squint [...] Philco Dealer", and "Extra! [...]".
