Photograph caption dated February 10, 1980 reads, "Vicki Ozar and her daughter Tisa were two of the more than 3,000 anti-nuclear protesters demonstrating outside the Beverly Hilton Hotel last night as Rosalyn Carter arrived for a fundraising dinner. The well-organized protest by the Alliance for Survival didn't deter the first lady."
