Photograph of several large houses in Redlands, ca.1900. Thin, paved paths cut through the trimmed, grass yards and meet the entrances of the houses at center. Two boys stand in front of two large palm trees which decorate the yard of a large house at center. A small, shingled roof protrudes from the right side of the house and shades a woman who holds a lightly-colored horse below. Dead, skeletal trees stand in the background in a wall behind the house.
