View of woman sitting at foot of large oak tree in rustic garden setting. Shows large dog resting next to a rock; shingle and thatch-roofed teahouse in background. Hand-written text on verso: "Miradero" House of Miss Anna SC Blake/Teahouse built about 1886 and oak tree at foot of the bank...(The lady was a friend of Miss Blake's)/ Miss Blake always had a dog-This one was "Sport." This property, located at the end of Santa Barbara Street at Constance Avenue, became the grounds for the Santa Barbara Girls School in 1919."
