Penney Co., has been adopted by the chain's Granada Hills store. As above, local boys play role of 'sandwich men' and parade in shopping area, drawing attention to advantages of the four-point convenient shopping payment plan now at service of Penney customers in all Penney's Valley stores." This store, located at 16830 Devonshire St., has since been demolished and replaced with a multiplex.
