Photograph caption dated August 1, 1958 reads, "Denise Dean, 22 months, of Burbank, makes sure her letters will get to destination as she purchases new four-cent regular and seven-cent air mail stamps from Bob Zeiler, clerk at Burbank Post Office. Higher postal rates went into effect today. Old stamps may still be used with addition of one-center."
