Description
A circa 1960 matchbook from the restaurant Sam's Hof Brau located on 8th and L street. The owner was Same Gordon, who had restaurants at ten locations. Sam's Hof Brau originally opened up in 1955 on 17th and J street. The restaurant served American and German food with imported beer and featured murals depicting Bavarian villages.
