Used for Methodist Association, Grand Army of the Republic conventions and Young Women's Christian Temperance Union rest cottages from 1905-1920 and as temporary housing for land buyers after 1920; shows buildings, tree and tent-lined streets, men and women standing and walking, combined Post Office and Book Tent; auditorium with sign, "Thos. B. Hartzell." Huntington Beach; ca. 1910.
