Photograph of a view of the entrance to the Mission San Diego Alcala chapel, ca.1898. The tall, two-story adobe chapel is pictured at center, the arched doorway of its entrance facing towards the viewer. Directly above this, a rectangular, wooden door is positioned on the second floor, situated just over an awning of terracotta tiles. To the right, behind a section of wooden fence, a bell can be seen atop one of the chapel's annexes.
