Built in 1927 as Flintridge Hotel by Senator Frank P. Flint, was bought by Biltmore Hotel chain. Closed in 1930, bought by Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose who opened the Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy, which is still in operation.
