Photographic portrait of six famous pioneer scouts, ca.1927. Six men are pictured in two rows, dressed in suits and hats. The three men in the front row are seated and include from left to right: Captain North, Pawnee Bill, and Diamond Dick. In the back row Deadwood Dick, Evil Spirit and Idaho Bill (B.R. Pearson), are also picture from left to right. Idaho Bill is pictured with a beard and a wild mane of long hair. He also wears flamboyant boots that he has tucked his suit slacks into. Handwriting appears at the bottom of the image, identifying several of the men.
