Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated January 18, 1964 reads "Las Patroncitas Guild is sponsoring a tour of lavishly furnished homes at Lake Encino from now through Feb. 25 for the benefit of Valley Presbyterian Hospital, Van Nuys. Looking over the grounds of the hospital's new addition are Mmes. Dorman D. Michelmore, Sherman Oaks, left; Jack Q. Emmerich, Van Nuys, guild president, and Harold Luedeke. The homes are situated around the new Lake Encino Racquet Club, south of Ventura Blvd., turning right at the end of Zelzah St. Guild members will act as hostesses from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily and the donation is $1." The guild supports Valley Presbyterian Hospital with volunteer work and financial contributions. The hospital is at 15107 Vanowen Street in Van Nuys.
