Photograph article dated March 18, 1960 partially reads, "A man who reports with authority that even basic genetics studies at the University of Tehran have made little impression on the Shah, will head Valley State College's new engineering department this fall. Dr. George Harness, who two years ago was a member of an American 'Point Four Program' team to assist in re-vamping the University of Tehran, reports that Valley State will open a full scale first year engineering course with the fall semester. And the college will carry its own engineering students straight through the four-year course, developing facilities as the students progress, he said."
