Photograph caption dated April 20, 1964 reads, "Key members of the Van Nuys Hawks are shown in action during their 6-2 victory over the Berkeley Ice Hockey Club last week which gave them the state championship of the Midget Class of the California Amateur Hockey Association. The Hawks swept the two-game series by taking the first game 4-1. Shown from left are Cary Adams, Peter Satin, Frank Van Vlyman, Terry Stern and Kenny Vogel."
