B. Inoue, of Sumitomo Rubber Industries, Ltd., writes Mr. K. Hopper informing him of the location of the detailed records of the start of QC circles of SEI (Sumitomo Electric Industries) in Japan in 1962. He says that his achievement on management since 1949 has been side work and that his main work is as an electrical engineer. He also shares that his achievement has been published by Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation. The letter contains Inoue's signature. The letter also contains markings and an original handwritten "19" toward the top, right corner.
