Ecker, chairman of the board of Metropolitan Life Insurance Co., points to a drawing showing a section of the $40,000,000 development the company plans for the Park La Brea residential community. The development will include 18 apartment buildings 13 stories high, business and park areas. Dated March 3, 1948.
