Title supplied by cataloger. Cecil B. DeMille's Paradise Ranch was donated to the Hathaway Home for Children by DeMille's trust. The original Hathaway Home for Children orphanage, located in Highland Park was established in 1919 to care for emotionally disturbed and abused childern. Photograph caption dated December 20, 1963 reads, "Youngsters Swing at Cecil B. DeMille Paradise Ranch -- Ranch is a recreation spot for children of the Hathaway Home."
