Description
City Terrace women and children near Blanchard Street and McBride Avenue, picket the dump site. 'No Dumps, No Polio' reads one of the signs carried by pickets. They say rats are running wild and that a barricade of dump trucks are lined up for two blocks waiting to get in. Photo dated: June 30, 1951.
