A view from the northeast corner of Huntington Dr. and St. Albans Rd., looking east, of the early construction of Oak Knoll residences. The billboard reads: 'Oak Knoll, large residential parcels and estates. Most attractively priced. Range from [?] to $4,000. Frank Meline, Co. Representatives at The Old Mill, 0185 Old Mill Road, tel. Fair Oaks 6900'. Survey stakes dot the area and fan palms and sewage pipes edge the dirt street. 'Percy L. Cowherd Co., subdividers' is written on the photo. Photo dated: 1923.
