View of the California Central rolling stock leaving Folsom; shows locomotive, passenger car, and freight car crossing the Americn River heading towards Marysville. Shows railroad bridge on right, suspension bridge on left.
Also have negatives: no. 1777 (3x5 in.); and, no. 3472 (8x10 in.) (made from glass plate negative? - negative shows cracks in original image). Also has McCurry no. 21860 on negative - from McCurry index "1926, copy old prints 1849 Folsom Bridge."
Reproduction of original image (1861?) in Sutter's Fort.
