Description: Prospector with his mules and wagon on his way to Chocolate Mountains in Death Valley's. Twenty-mule team borax train in front of Furnace Creek Inn, Death Valley. They were used to haul borax out of Death Valley in the 1880s. Mountains are behind the hotel and some trees are just in front. The hotel opened in 1927.
