Photograph caption reads: "Movie cowgirl and longtime Chatsworth resident Dale Evans (Mrs. Roy Rogers), left, discusses plans to save the Valley's oldest Protestant church with Mrs. Minnie Palmer, 77, newest member of the Chatsworth Historical Society. With them is the Rogers' famous dog, Bullet. The society will honor the John Spink family and board members of Oakwood Memorial Park in the Rogers home June 7 for their donation to save the historical church". Photograph dated May 27, 1964.
