Moral Re-Armament (MRA) was an international movement that developed from American minister Frank Buchman's Oxford Group. Buchman headed MRA from 1938 until his death in 1961.The movement had Christian roots, but it grew into an informal, international network of people of all faiths and backgrounds. Based around what it called the "Four Absolutes" (honesty, purity, unselfishness and love), it encouraged its members to be involved in political and social issues. The name of the group was changed to Initiatives of Change in 2001.; The airport has been United Airport (1930-1934), Union Air Terminal (1934-1940), Lockheed Air Terminal (1940-1967), Hollywood-Burbank Airport (1967-1978), Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport (1978-2003) and most recently Bob Hope Airport (2003-present). Photograph caption dated June 13, 1955 reads "Stewardess Marilyn Smith welcomes the first passengers aboard a chartered Flying Tiger transport at Lockheed Air Terminal Sunday as a 177-member mission of the Moral Re-Armament Association starts a 14-nation tour of Asia and the Middle East.
