Photograph caption dated April 4, 1960 reads "Construction of children's Memorial Chapel at Pacoima Memorial Lutheran Hospital is discussed by members of San Fernando Valley Lutheran Hospital Association. Standing, from left, are Oswald R. Burghardt, the Rev. Adolph Kloth and James E. Sebert. Other association members, from left, are Walter C. Norris, Wilmot Horton and John C. Hoffman. Approved by board of dierctors, plans call for construction of $36,000 chapel to begin immediately after hospital opening in June."
