Description
Photograph caption dated September 5, 1960 reads, "Deputy registrar Mrs. William Cain, part of the Valley's task force to register voters for the coming November election, gets Rollin Binzer, 1655 Nordhoff St., Sepulveda, on the books Thursday night. Two women's groups are spearheading the registration drive. Registrars set up their tables in parking lot at Roscoe and Van Nuys boulevards."
