Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph article dated November 21, 1961 partially reads, "At 4:30 p.m., the children saw something lying in the wash one-quarter of a mile north of McClay street. It was Marianne Pedrotta, dead from nine brutal stab wounds. Today, almost exactly a year after his daughter was murdered, Charles Pedrotta, 42-year-old building contractor, offered a 'substantial reward for any information leading to the arrest of the killer.'"
