Dr. Ella Gatchell, prominent physician member of Chico Civic Club one of the leaders of the Cleanup Day movement, May 21 and 22 (no year given for Cleanup Day). The letter accompanying the picture suggests it was taken about 1912 but that seems to be later both for the dress andapparent age of Dr. Gatchell. B. 18 March, 1853, Oxford County, Maine.
