Long broad stairs and winding stairs lead up the hill to houses further up. The mountains rise in the background. Seen are the Hotel Windsor, the Grand View Hotel, and William Judd General Merchandise. Other legible signs include: "Billiards", "Pacific"..., "Anheuser-Busch, Budweiser", "Roof garden, family entrance", "Tailoring, cleaning, repairing", "Grand View Cafe", "Please do not tie boats here", "Views, Chas.
