Placing of concrete pipe forms merely one phase of construction of big project. Workmen must be exceedingly careful not to disrupt or damage many thousands of dollars' worth of telephone cables and mains as they excavate for work and place heavy materials. Estimate of value of cables and mains in Lankershim-Victory vicinity was approximately one half million dollars.
