Photograph was edited for publication purposes
The event was held at Hody's Restaurant in North Hollywood and was attended by guests and members of the San Fernando Valley Professional Engineers. The gentleman on the left is incorrectly identified as Donald Fry. His correct name is Daniel W. Fry. The third gentleman on the right is unidentified.
Photograph caption dated April 9, 1955 reads, "Donald Fry, aircraft engineer, left, and Truman Bethurum, center, author of book on flying saucers, are shown as they told Valley engineers of their firm belief that flying saucers do exist."
