In this audio recording George Odiorne talks about his audio book, “Objective-Focused Management.” This is the first part of a two-part discussion entitled “Innovation and Management Making Things Happen.” He begins by describing how a manager communicates their company vision to others. He talks about the importance of product innovation to keep the consumer interested. He describes how a company should always be thinking of new ideas, products, and updates. Odiorne discusses how motivation helps employees perform at their peak. He ends the tape by debating whether or not every job as room for innovation.
