Accomplished Runner and Marathoner Debbie Chaddock began her involvement in the San Diego LGBT community in the early 80's joining the Gay Youth Alliance, serving as co-chair of Front Runners and on the board of Athletes In Motion(AIM). She later would participate in Gay Games II and II, Join the Gay and Lesbian Sierrans, Rainbow cyclists and participate numerous 100-300 mile California Challenge rides raising money for AIDS services. Interview spans her early life experiences joining Los Alamito High School's first ever Girls Track and Cross Country team while coming to an understanding of her sexuality, coming out to friends and family, discussing her relationships and community service through her time in San Diego as an active member of the local LGBT community.
