Photograph was edited for publication purposes Photograph caption dated October 12, 1961 reads "Valley bookseller attacks 'Tropic' censorship." The article partially reads "Valley booksellers are alternately cursing and concurring with Los Angeles City Atty. Roger Arnebergh, who, in effect, imposed a ban on the book Monday by ordering the arrest of a Hollywood bookstore manager for selling it." Henry Miller's Tropic of Cancer was the subject of the ban.
