Description
"The former headquarters for the Sacramento Yacht Club on South River Road in West Sacramento is heading for the bottom of the river, but no one seems to know much about what's going on -- or down, as the case may be. A Club spokesman said records of who purchased the structure were in storage and not accessible. The Army Corps of Engineers and the state Reclamation Board said they had no idea the barge was being deep-sixed until informed by a reporter. All involved promised to look into the situation"
