Residence of actor Harold Lloyd, built between 1926 and 1929. Architects: Sumner Maurice Spaulding; landscape architect: A.E. Hanson. In 1923, Lloyd bought land in Benedict Canyon. In 1925, began to build house and gardens. Completed in 1929.
