Description
This is side B of the sixth tape, from day two, of the annual Drucker Symposium of 1988. This short recording is a continuation of the questions and answers session from side A. Peter Drucker and Alex d'Arbeloff responds to general management related questions. Drucker discusses which part of the organization should be centralized or decentralized. Drucker and d'Arbeloff together responds to the question of profitability and quality. They highlight the need to balance between profitability and quality. Drucker concludes this session with an emphasis on good quality as inexpensive but requiring hard work.
