Description
Larry and Judith Carlin lived in the Fountaingrove neighborhood of Santa Rosa. They were practically neighbors to their daughter Jenafer Rosset and her husband, Paul, and their two boys. The night of the fire, both families fled and found refuge at the Finley Center [in Santa Rosa]. Both families had lost their homes.
