Description
Photograph shows a view of the first Oakdale School located on the south bank of Little Chico Creek between Park Avenue and Broadway, Chico, California. Built in 1877 torn down in 1950. Taught here grades 1st - 6th. Chico High began on the 3rd floor in 1902. Building to the right was a washroom and wood storage area.
